Use:-

Non-ionic penetrant is a compound of special non-ionic ionic surfactant, which has the characteristics of high permeability and good 

compatibility, and is widely used in various processing procedures of fabrics.

Physical and chemical properties:-

pH 6.5-7(1%sol)

Solubility Dissolves completely in cold water to form a near-neutral translucent liquid

Stability is generally stable, compatible with anionic and non-ionic additives, but cannot be used in the mercerizing process

Features:-

1. Excellent penetration performance, fast and uniform, and can be used in processing procedures such as sizing, desizing, bleaching, dyeing, and finishing.

2. After the fabric is treated with penetrant, its permeability will not be affected by changes in acid and alkali, temperature, etc.

3. Under normal circumstances, the stability is relatively good, but under certain conditions of strong alkali and strong reducing agent, the effect will be reduced, please use it as appropriate.

4. Good blendability, can be mixed with most printing and dyeing auxiliaries, has a wide range of applications, and maintains high penetration and wetting properties.

5. For some semi-finished products that do not need full bleaching, after dipping or padding treatment, they can be directly dyed dark color without scouring.

6. It can be directly used in pad dyeing, cold pad stacking, and dye bath dyeing of reactive dyes, which can improve the exhaustion rate of dyes and has a certain leveling effect.

Instructions:-

The amount of penetrant varies according to different finishing processes and usage conditions, but generally, the amount is 3-5g/l.

Storage and Packaging:-

Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place in a closed place, usually the storage period is 1 year. 125kg/50kg plastic drum.
